How to make a tasty frittata
in 4 steps!

Whisk 4 eggs with half a glass of water.

Add the contents of the pouch, stir and leave for 5 minutes.

Heat either some oil or butter in a non-stick pan.

Pour the egg mix into the pan and cook on a low heat for 5/7 minutes, flipping the frittata for the last minute of cooking time.

Peter Brunel,
Michelin Star Chef for
Peter Brunel was born in Val di Fassa in 1975.
After graduating from catering school in Tesero, he moved to Bolzano, where he began to learn all about haute cuisine under Chef Giorgio Nardelli at the Parkhotel Laurin.
He then moved to Villa Negri in Riva del Garda where he was awarded his first Michelin star in 2003, at just 28 years old.
