ASIAN STYLE SPATZLE!
A traditional Tirolese dish with an Asian twist

Ingredients
1 packet
Full of flavour
With champignon, curry and chia seeds
400 g
flour
120 g
water
120 g
milk
4
medium eggs
to taste
Sea or rock salt

Method
In a bowl mix the flour, the contents of the packet of Frittatù Full of Flavour, eggs, milk and water.
Combine all the ingredients together thoroughly and leave the mixture to rest for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
When the water reaches boiling point, add the mixture using a special utensil (similar to a grater).
After a few minutes, drain the Spatzle and add them to a pan with a light fondue or freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano to coat them.

Chef’s tip
To create a complete meal, you can add meat or fish, for example strips chicken breast, cooked in a pan with white wine and grated lemon zest, or diced seabass or other fish seasoned with oil, salt, apple vinegar and black sesame.
