With apple and raspberries
Blend the contents of the packet of Frittatù Fun and Fruity with the amaretti biscuits and cocoa powder.
Then add the eggs and sugar and whisk for 5 min.
Finally add the milk.
Pour the mixture into a mould and cook in a bain marie at 160 degrees for 15 / 18 minutes or steam for 40 minutes at 85 / 90 degrees.
Our chef suggests decorating your dessert with fresh raspberries and pan-cooked apple pieces.
