TASTY TAGLIOLINI WITH BUTTER AND SAGE

Ingredients
1 packet
Sweetly sumptuous / La Golosa
With dark cocoa

medium eggs
20 g
water
400 g
flour
25 g
butter
0.1 g
cinnamon
To taste
sage

Method
Mix together the flour and the contents of the packet of Frittatù Sweetly Sumptuous and form a well on top of your work surface.
Add and mix in the eggs, water, a pinch of salt and the cinnamon.
Knead until you have a smooth, even dough.
Leave the dough to rest for 30 min, then use a pasta machine to roll out the dough and cut it into tagliolini (thin noodles).
Cook them in salted boiling water for 3 min. and after draining, sauté them in a frying pan with a knob of butter, a dash of cinnamon and some sage leaves.

Our chef suggests garnishing this dish with a sprinkling of grated lemon zest and thin strips of mozzarella.
